Description and feature
QF-AFG series automatic folder gluer machine consist of three sections: vacuum feeding section, gluing and folding section, counter and stacker section.
All motor except frequency conversion motor adopt Taiwan Chingbond motor. Frequency conversion motor to adjust speed.PLC and Touch screen control system for easy operation and running stable. The maximum speed is 130 meters/min, average speed is 100meters/min. Energy conservation and high speed, saving labor cost.

Main structure of machine
Feeding Section
1. Vacuum section feeding to feed warping paperboard easily.
2. Quality electromagnetic clutch and brake adopted, feeding section controled independently, operation easily.
3. Electric glue quantity control device with simple structure and cleaned easily. Stainless steel glue wheel adopt long life and saving glue cost.
Gluing and folding section
1. Adopt imported quality rubber belt to feed paperboard with a longer service life.
2. With paperboard rectify device and creasing device, line ball wheel is adjustable, paperboard thickness should be 2-8mm.
3. Second creasing struction could impress again the paperboard which was not creased well.
Counter & Stacker section
1. Stacking and counting are simple and reliable.
2. Adopt digital control, operation easily and reliable. Non-stop put in data, automatic counting and precision output.
3. With rectification funtion, paperboard counting and put out by pneumatic, stable and fast.
